Training sessions run throughout the year, our training times are set by the University Sport Federation.
We have been allocated the following sessions:
Monday 20:30-22:30 PM (Acer hall)
Thursday 21:00-22:30 PM (Main hall)
This session will be a mix of fitness, technical skills and simulation match play to allow for newer/developing players to learn from experienced teammates.
This session will focus on preparing our team players for weekend fixtures allowing them the greatest chance to improve their game for the PHL, RDL, BUCS, Varsity and EHA Cup. Team players are encouraged to attend this session.
